Coca-Cola Enterprises Inc has together with Coca-Cola Iberian Partners S.A.U and Coca-Cola Erfrischungsgetränke GmbH formed Coca-Cola European Partners, the world's largest independent bottler. Coca-Cola European Partners includes Sweden, Norway, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, France, Monaco, Great Britain, Germany, Portugal, Spain and Andorra.

The merger creates a company with approximately 25,000 employees serving over 300 million consumers in Western Europe.

Through constant innovation, Coca-Cola European Partners offers consumers the world's leading brands and the largest selection of high-quality beverages. The company will grow by creating value for customers and by offering them greater flexibility and speed to market supported by an adaptable supply chain.

Coca-Cola Enterprises Sweden AB produces, distributes and sells non-alcoholic beverages on the Swedish market. Some of the brands are Coca-Cola, Fanta, Sprite, MER, Burn, Bonaqua Silver, Powerade and Minute Maid. About 800 people work at Coca-Cola in Sweden, of which about 600 at the head office in Jordbro outside Stockholm. Around 1 million liters of beverage are produced here every day.
