PRESS RELEASE
STOCKHOLM, SWEDEN: Coca-Cola Creations is finally coming to Sweden. This will be the first time that we get to experience the iconic brand's new and unique concept, which is driven by highlighting exciting collaborations, unexpected flavors and creativity. The first flavor of the year is called "Movement" and is a collaboration with the Spanish superstar Rosalía where the drink will be sold for a very limited period.
Last year, Coca-Cola Creations went live in, among other places, the USA and Norway with the first limited edition flavor that went by the name "Starlight". The concept was a real hit and now, just over a year later, the success is coming to Sweden and this time we too get to share the innovative flavors. First up this year is the new "Movement" which is released together with the Spanish singer Rosalía - a unique and pioneering artist who crosses the boundaries both across music genres and in the industry. The taste of Rosalía's drink is familiar but will also surprise in an exciting way. With inspiration drawn from unique taste impressions and aspects, Coca-Cola has created a unique blend of unexpected and delicate experiences, with a challenging character that is out of the ordinary.
- We are very happy that Coca-Cola Creations is finally coming to Sweden. In addition, it is really funny that it is Rosalía who is kick-starting 2023 with us. We are incredibly excited and full of anticipation for how Coca-Cola Creations will be received as the concept is completely new for our Swedish consumers, but you have to be quick if you want to get hold of a can, because when it's gone, then it's gone , says Victoria Adolfsson, brand manager at Coca-Cola in Sweden.
The design of the can is intended to show Rosalía's playful personality through vibrant colors and childish and cute doodles that Rosalía herself drew by hand when she tried the Coca-Cola Movement for the first time.
- As a long-time Coca-Cola fan, I am delighted to be involved in creating a flavor that encapsulates my journey through music, fashion and other interests, along with a new song I wrote for this launch. It is an honor to inspire others by pushing the boundaries and letting them explore new expressions within themselves, says Rosalía.
During the launch of Rosalía's collab with Coca-Cola, consumers worldwide can also get a glimpse of other exciting activations by scanning the can's QR code and thus gain access to the digital Coca-Cola Creations Hub. There you can take part in everything from quizzes to behind the scenes of Rosalía's music video.
Coca-Cola Creations is one of several investments that Coca-Cola Sweden is making to reduce the amount of sugar in its beverage portfolio. Coca-Cola Zero Sugar Movement with Rosalía can be found from week 6 in selected stores. The drink comes in a limited edition and is available in stores while stocks last.
